This contractor installed a heat pump for my elderly father a few years ago. My father had him to come back several times because the unit kept filling up with water. Instead of fixing the problem, he charged my father to drain the water and insisted there was nothing wrong with it. A different company has since worked on the unit and pointed out several severe installation flaws like the unit being installed without being leveled, causing the water to drain backwards into the unit.
