I have never lived in a place as awful as this! The only thing the management (including at the corporate level) cares about is getting your money. In the past 2 years we have had so many issues! We have finally had enough when we got orders to be stationed in a few months so have decided to wait it out and provide info to the RPP & housing dept on post. We have been without heat and air for a total of 12 weeks in the winter of 2010 and spring and fall of 2011, with more than a dozen visits from the maintenance crew. No resolution even after we filed a comp
