I would rate this place as -10 on a scale of 1-10. I have sent emails, called, written, no answer. I sat on hold while being assured I could leave a message and it would be answered in 24 hours. Nope. After ordering some sheets, two sets of the same, I got one set, but was charged for two. I called. They sent the other set, but wrong size. I sent them back for $10 postage. Now, I hear nothing, no matter what I do. I asked for a refund of the 31.99 for the second set, no answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No answer. I put a voice mail to the
