I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dr. Tsai is a very unprofessional and childish dentist. Set up an appointment with him to start the process of getting a bridge done. When my turn came, he started screaming at his assistants and gave me a really angry look... He was screaming at them and stormed out of the cubicle. Turns out he thought i had an outstanding balance from 4 years ago! I swear I had paid him, but he said there's no record of it. No one from his office ever called me regarding this bill either.
