Its my opinion Dan and Kim Hess do not care about there tenants. Do not rent from them. The apartments are bug infested and they rent to illegal immigrants. all they care about is the rent. Your treated like cattle. Nothing is fixed, they show you a decent unit and rent to you a damage unit. They also have a janitor name trudy who tells all the tenants she the owner she's off her rocker. College Avenue Apts are bad. They won't even wipe down the washer and dryer. Its a pig sty! Everyone has pets and no pets are allowed. Roger Chavez is a lowlife manager!
