Floorco service was great. Installers were great. No complaints until I had a problem with the carpet catching and pulling out when I was vacuuming. Where the carpet met the wood is where the vacuum pulled a strand of carpet and removed a section of my carpet. I called Floorco and they were very nice about it. They were to call the installer and have them come fix it. A week later I called again to see if they were going to fix it. Evidently the installer is busy putting in new housing carpet. He dropped by but didn't have a piece of carpet to replace it with and said it
