Unless you do a research on the limits of frustration, do yourself a huge favor and do not click on sales@smarttravelnetwork.com under any circumstances. This so called %u201Ctravel service%u201D and Annie Petrova in particular need a manners lesson. They are rude, chaotic, ineffective, negligent and unscrupulous. The listed toll free number on their website is disconnected. They do not answer half of the e-mail
