I started a rent to own in 2006 with Blue Sky and the trailer looked like a chicken coop, I mean the doors wouldn't even close! The windows were busted out and the furnace was junk and it needed a new roof! We eventually repaired what needed to be done to make it livable while we were there. We were late with our payments every once in a while up till this past winter when we had to replace the furnace AGAIN and then we didnt get our liheap grant until mid january.
