I used to use yellow cab frequently.At least 3x a week for myself and always tip 20%. I also work at a prominent 24 hr diner in Kc and always have customers call the company.Not anymore.Waited an hour for a cab this morning when I was told would be 10mins. Called 5 times and every time got told to call back in 7 minutes. When the cab finally got there the driver was rude and all he could say was "well you know." I asked for his name and he refused to give it then proceeded to call me back to the cab to flip me off and yell "f**k you ". I called to talk to a superv
