Started the time at 1:00 but arrived at 1:10. Started working at 1:20. Charged to 3:00. Arrived at the house at 2:30 and got charged for arguing the bill. AAA covers the first hour and we had to pay an additional $200. Very un-happy with management of the towing company. Driver told us it was to the house and could charge us 10-15 minutes over. Drive time back to the shop was never discused, but something the shop owner demanded us to pay. Just feel mis-lead and over-charged.
