Dry Force came out to "restore" my home after a water heater leak, and I found their staff to be rude, incompetent and out of line. I would not recommend them, and I would BEG you to find a better source. These people have no respect for customer service! Not only was the technician full of air, but every single person I spoke with over the phone was terribly rude. The restoration team seemed to be uninterested and made me feel like a charity case, and the billing department and their manager Bree were insulting, and money driven. I have never had a water
