Steve's plumber arrived. Helpful, knew what needed to be done, but was more concerned with doing more than taking care of the problem i needed fixed today. Parts were available, but left without fixing anything and a $69 service call charge. Prices felt like I was being gouged. Didn't like that. Fair price for good service, that's what I look for.
