Was convinced that Verizon Fios was the best and it was a good deal so I tried. They installed it January 17th. March 1 I turned on the TV but it was shut off. I called and spoke to them for over an hour explained how I had not even received a bill so I paid it. March 2nd nothing! Called and talked to other people at Verizon they said I had a balance of 3 dollars and some cents so I paid it. They told me give it 2 hours. So I waited March 3rd still nothing!! So I called one more time spoke to supervisors they said it takes 24 hours so again I waited. Nothing.
