When I called to get prices for a pool, the saleslady did not seem to have enough time to give me the prices. I called back later and spoke to a sales teen (or so it seemed) who had to look for every piece of information in a book. What wasn't in the book, he didn't know. My husband finally had time to go there and order the pool. When it came in and he picked it up, he inquired about installation. NO WAY! They wanted $1200.00.
