THEY PARALYZED MY DOG!!!! I took my dog in for what they said was a "routine" surgery for an inverted vulva. Days passed and they kept telling me the "anesthesia hasn't worn off yet...but we won't charge you for the extra days!" HOW NICE. I get there to pick her up and there she is, laying bloodied on the backroom floor, trying to drag herself to me. Hind knuckles all bloodied and bare from them having to use a harness to drag her outside to go to the bathroom. They're also so nice that they REFUSED TO LET ME TAKE HER HOME unless I paid them
