Decton has accounts with many companies. I would rate them a 4. But when it comes to getting your paycheck. They lag on printing your check or say they don't have a check on file for you. I have been calm about it the first two times but then they give you attitude when you call to follow up on the status of your check. I missed out on taking my wife to dinner for graduating college with honors in psychology. All decton can say is sorry, check back next week. WTF??? Best advice. Don't apply with them.
