Should be rip off business brokers! Didn't supply first quarter of 2008 financials on a laundromat eventhough I asked twice for them. They told me the seller was having personal problems and couldn't get them to me but the assured me that they had seen them and everything matched 2007. I bought the business from Pete and John at UBI and sure enough the income was instantly down 60% from 2007. I tried calling but no one wanted to talk to me (for obvious reasons). Please stay away from this broker unless you want to lose all your money! Also stay away from Tom a
