I went to Exxon Tiger Mart at 214 Underwood Street in Zanesville, Ohio on October 4, 2011. I went in the store to purchase cigarettes for my elderly mother-in-law. When I was asked to provide identification, I searched my pockets to find that I had left my wallet at home. (By the way,I am 26 years old.) I understood that I could not purchase cigarettes without identification so I went back to my car.
