If zero was a rating, that's what they earned. Ask them what happens if you are without water outside of there operating times of Monday - Friday 9 - 5. No one at this company cares about you - just your money, and they'll take it, believe me! They use the cheapest materials and practices, charge you a fortune, and then don't respond then failure happens. They should be in business selling popcorn as opposed to water services....leave a message/no body is home :(
