I had a procedure done that should of been covered fully with my insurance. This was never billed to insurance and I had no idea...but they ended up sending me to collections!! Now I have this $2000 procedure as a negative credit and NINA in the billing dept. is very rude, snobbish & unwilling to help fix this!! It is their fault this didn't get billed correctly in the first place!! Rather than DO HER JOB and answer my questions and help, she'd rather belittle my situation and try to pass this issue off on other staff members. Her supervisor, Car
