Upon just looking over my reports in Erik's office, EVERYTHING on 2 of my three reports that we challenged was removed in the first thirty days. Erik made clear to me from the start, not to expect all 14 items to be removed, maybe 1/2. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions from the star.
