Review
We purchased two lifts. Upon delivery one of the lifts was leaking fluid. We returned the pump for warranty. Company refused to makes repairs based on the way the return was packed. We informed them that there were no packing instructions provided by them or in the product manual. Additionally, the packing had nothing to do with the fact that the pump had failed. We had scheduled to purchase two pallet jacks and a pallet scale from them but will not be doing so based on them not standing behind their product.
