Initially, I was surprised by the steep price for the repair, but they said the jack was in a tough spot to fix. Turns out they sent it away to be fixed, after a week, I called THEM to find out it was sitting in the shop finished - they hadn't called me to come pick it up. Ok, so far, kinda bumpy but then the jack repair was iffy from the start and within a month it was totally out. I returned it to them and they seemed kind of ambivalent and were content to pawn the blame off on the outsourcing but ignored the fact that I paid THEM to complete the service, not the peopl
