David cares about his customers. He replaced my septic pump in November and I thought I had a problem with my pump, about four months later, so I called him. He was out of town, but told me that I should get it pumped and then see if the pump went bad. Turned out it was a tripped breaker, but he called me back that night to see if I had things ready to have the tank pumped because he had people ready to take care of the pump replacement. He truely cares!
