We sent them a check for a casita rental which is month to month vacation rental. As soon as we moved in, we informed them that we will move out at the end of the month. But just 2 days after we moved in, they took $1350 out of my credit card to charge us for the second month even they sent us an e-mail stating that if we stay for another month the rent is due 10 days before the end of the month. the owner`s son Andy was going to vacation to Europe so he decided to charge us for a second month rent 25 days before the month so he can get extra cash for his vacation.
