Extremely counterproductive! Too much gear and too close together. As a result of being too close together, I had a problem with one of their less experienced members. When I informed the member (politely), of his dangerous form and lack of respect for other members, due to his low self esteem he of course felt intimidated. Like a child, he ran to the front desk and infuriated the elderly gentleman by exaggerating the situation.
