This is the type of place my dad warned me about growing up. They wanted more to fix my transmission than my vehical was worth. When I politely declined the offer to fix it, the man said I owed him $400 just for telling me what was wrong. When I told him I thought that was an unreasonable amout for no work done, he said he would keep my car on his lift until I paid him, and on top of that, start charging me $70 per hour for storing it.
