Worst doctor experience ever. Doctor Chalftin refuses to call back. Front deck has lost my forms 3 times. These documents are important for my diagnoses. A neglect like this can be fatal for my health and well being. People who answer phones are rude and unprofessional. This place is unprofessional and unethical. I will notify a medical board and a state regulating medical authorities.
