You know you are in a bad apartment when you move in and there is mold growing on your walls before you are there long enough for mold to grow on bread. We havent lived on this property for more than a month and already we have had people come in saying they are spraying for roaches, our cable had to be replaced because someone cut a chunk out of it before we moved in, there is fuzzy blue and black mold growing on the bedroom walls, not to mention the fact that the apartment has been decorated by a childs doodles and stickers in random places!
