First of all, this "realtor" (Kathi Jones-Cutler of Max Brock Realtors) was extremely unprofessional. We are short selling our house right now to move to another state- she is not our realtor. She scheduled an appointment to "show" the house, but then she came by herself, not even with a client, and harassed my husband about the state of our basement- what happened to the tiles? The ad itself already explains the tiles had been removed, and will need to be replaced (we were in the process of finishing the basement when we found out we were movin
