i called and asked about getting my GMC serviced for a broken park on it. they asked how i knew it was under warranty and asked if i called GM. and that i need to call GM. and they asked me "what do you want!?" when i was asking for help. i called a 2nd dealer. they helped me in less then a minute and told me to take it by and they could fix it in 10-15 minutes. (beck and masten)
