Terrible customer service. She was rude and passive aggressive. Her emails to me responding to my questions of how to work her website were shared among my co-workers; they were ALL awestruck by her unkind, rude responses. I have talked with others who have used her web services to hire employees and they agreed that she is "difficult to work with". What a waste of money!
