First and foremost the personal answering there phone is rude and totally inconsiderate To my me and my wife we call them for help because my wife tried to commit suicide Yesterday. he became rude to my wife who already needs help and then to me. Then he even refused to even help my wife who has 8 stitches in her arm from cutting it open the day before. If i was you i'd think twice before id send someone I love to see these So called Hope givers what they really are is hope takers and i hope i dont need to take my wife back into the hospital do to the rude and unhelpful b
