I also had a horrible experience. First my pictures were all printed very dark. (Their computer is not synced with their printer.) When I asked for a reprint they told me they couldn't until I showed them my dtr's face was bluish grey. (I paid almost $200 for many photos). I also ordered books. The book with correct photos was the wrong size and the book with the correct size had the wrong photos in them, even though they were all supposed to be the same book. I was told to bring the books back with the cd that had the photos and an employee wrote dow
