R&R graphics is a prime example of a business that has forgotten who the customer is. One of the "R"s Rob, not only makes commitments he cannot deliver but will lie to try to justify his poor business skill. The only thing R&R does more than print is make excuses. If they were my only choice I would seriously question how bad the work needed to be done. High prices and no integrity are their guiding principles.
