My father sent my son and overnight Fed Ex package through Dan's Mailbox Place. However it arrived a week later. He was just home from being stationed in South Korea and needed the contents to get his new driver's license. We had little time. The manager lied to me saying that Fed Ex told her it was late due to weather issues. We were sailing, there were no weather issues. I contacted Fed Ex and they readily offered a refund. Fed Ex and I were on a three way call with Dan's. The manager yelled and refused to return the $ that Fed Ex wanted to refund & hung up a
