We went through a terrible - inexcusable experience with Bank of America in an attempt to refinance our home. After nearly 4 months of being no closer than we were when we began the process we ended our refinance application. Briefly - the B of A Loan Officer told us that our application was a slam dunk due to the amount being refinanced versus our income and equity. We submitted everything we were asked of B of A and each week new documentation was required.
