Customer since 2009 but NO MORE! Brought my 2010 Volvo in for oil change and was told it required full synthetic oil....b/c their system says it's 'recommended' for certain driving conditions. Park Place Volvo uses only synthetic blend oil in all their oil changes yet Firestone REFUSED to change my oil unless I paid $80 for full synthetic. Will take my business elsewhere!!!
