By far the best builder in Central Illinois. The owner Brandon Dean took all the worries I had about building a new home. I had some very special needs being the main reason why I decided to build and met with quite a few builders. Brandon made the process easy to understand and took the worry off my shoulders and put it on his. I was able to tell him what I needed and enjoy picking out the more exciting things like cabinets and tile color. My home is beautiful and it exceeds my expectations. I can't say enough good things about Dean Custom Builders and the entire staff.
