My husband and I lived at Devonwood for a year in an upstairs unit. Our downstairs neighbors were constantly complaining about our noise, but we are VERY quiet people. The floors are so thin that my neighbor once came upstairs and asked me not to walk in the kitchen at night because it was so loud in his bedroom. There is one apartment where there are constant very loud parties, and a steady stream of people in and out all day and night. When we moved in, we paid $600 in fees and such.
