I have been going to Victor for seven or eight years now, and I have always been completely satisfied with the service, the cut, and the price. Victor is warm and friendly, and I love the neighborhood feel. And even though he doesn't specialize in kids (and probably doesn't do many kids cuts), he is always happy for one of my boys to sit in his chair.
