please investigate the town of johnston dealing with people who do not have proper papers for codes for building additions not having a permit or certificate of occupancy house being condemed twice for failure to comply not having to pay the right amount of taxes since no permit on file I have a document from 2001 this house was certified unsafe by the code enforcer and one from 2 years ago while reading the codes The Town is liable if anything happens since this house is not up to code Ive written Chuck Schumer, Kristen Gillabrant, The State Attorneys Office New York
