I had a negative experience with Ken in building a home. He was very diligent during the bid process. As soon as that was over he or his subcontractors would not show up to do work without constant phone calls. The company did not do any work themselves and hired subcontractors to do everything. Ken and Craig%2C his partner%2C did not supervise their subcontractors and this resulted in poor quality or incorrect work that added more cost to the project later. The minute the work was done Ken would call and demand I meet him in a parking lot to give him a check. I would not h
