I've been taking my cat to Mapleway for over a year and sometimes the customer service is nice, sometimes not. The vet is excellent, but the attitude with which I encountered this AM was not. Told to be there b'tween 7:30 & 8:00 AM for a spay procedure, I arrived a few minutes before 7:30 as did a couple of other clients. It was literally freezing outside. At 7:30, I knocked on the door and the door was opened by a front desk staff person who let us know that they would open the door when they were ready.
