This place deserves no stars. I was mortified when I came out. I told the stylist I do NOT want my hair at chin length and I do NOT want short layer sin my hair. I walked out with chin length hair with very short layers. My hair was down my back and I just wanted it trimmed shoulder length and now these god awful layers will take forever to grow out. I have major holiday things to do and this has ruined all my plans with my clothing. I am steaming mad and what do you say after all your hair is gone, but walk out and trying not to cry. I have used this place before%
