e Forest Park, GA location of Pep Boys is AWFUL! We took our truck in today to get tires.. when we called they said they could do it while we waited. We arrive about 20 minutes later, at 1pm, and were told that it would be around 4:30, so my wife picked us up and we went to her parents' house for a few hours. I called at 4:30, they said to come in an hour.. I went up there at 6pm and they HAD NOT EVEN STARTED on my tires. The manager was totally unapologetic, saying "they were just about to start on it", but there were still two cars in front o
