I have gone to Regal Nail Salon for years and always enjoyed it. They don't take discover cards which is a bit of a hassle, but has always been worth it. I moved away but was recently back in the city and decided to get a pedicure. The woman who cut my nails performed her tasks so quickly I barely had the chance to relax and it wasn't a very busy day. She also didn't seem like she wanted to be there and I was shocked at the end that it was $35...it certainly was not worth that. I'm sorry to say that I won't be back.
