No Stars - No Superstars. In my view, no customer service, questionable principles and lacking business ethics. Presented an 'issue' to Art and was advised to 'go sue the buyer' - 'if it's not in escrow, then I can't help you' - 'it's only a $100, I don't see why just don't just write it off' - 'What - you want me to work as your collector for free?' - 'I'm not responsible for the actions of my sub-contractors'. My advice - stay away.
