I used this company for 15 years - they used to be great. About 3 years ago things started going downhill. Regular gas delivery didn't come on time, and when I called, I always got answering machine. As time went on, I started not getting a call back. Last winter, after I ran out of gas, and had left many messages,including calling the emergency number, I finally got a call back. The person did appologize, but stated they had been really busy.I guess too busy for my regular delivery & too busy to listen to messages that stated I was runing out of gas. LP
