HomeBridge is focused on supporting an individual's independent functional capacity, while offering the necessary provider partnerships for the client to remain in their home environment for as long as possible. It is the intent to assist and support, but not replace family members in carrying out personal responsibilities for their loved one's well being. HomeBridge is a branch of Westminster Towers - a non-profit, faith-based organization. Since 1989, the non-profit ministries of Westminster Towers Senior Living Community has offered a host of programs and services to enhance and support those seniors. Locally owned and operated.
